Returns and Refunds

Our policy: 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL! There will be no refunds or exchanges issued for any purchased product unless the product is deemed to be defective by the MERCHANT. If a product is defective, it must be shipped back to the merchant within 30 days of purchase with all tags and wrappings attached before an exchange will be issued. Product(s) must be completely unused and unaltered in order to be reimbursed.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Shipping

HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?

Shipping can take up to 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER THE PROCESSING PERIOD. Most times our items ship out extremely fast, but please keep in mind they can take up to 3-5 BUSINESS DAY after your processing period.
